Wholistic Retreats

Sandie has been creating retreats for individuals and businesses since 2010 as co-founder of Wholistic Woman Retreats. She continues to partner with individuals in this organization and uses her expertise to develop programs that are specifically geared toward creating the groups’ desired outcomes, regardless for personal, professional, and/or spiritual growth. Wholistic Well-being Retreats bring rich content to inform and develop, enjoyable activities to connect and inspire, movement to energize, and encourage social interaction for inner and outer growth. Sandie is a certified and accomplished facilitator to lead groups for a deeper connection with themselves and others.

Sandie says; anytime we take time to connect with and care for ourselves, we are having a retreat.

Retreats, therefore, come in many forms such as:

  • Sitting quietly listening for the sounds of nature
  • Reading a book for personal growth
  • Having a solitary cup of tea or sharing some with a friend
  • Enjoying lunch with friends
  • Learning new skills at an informational seminar
  • Taking time away for renewal
  • Energizing your body with movement
  • Attending an interactive and enriching day-long program, and more…
