Our body’s sole purpose is to serve us in living our pre-destined divine purpose. When we come to appreciate and love our body as a true friend we attain top performance (ATP) in using all our God-given gifts, talents, and strengths to serve Him to the fullest!

Although our body may frustrate us at times, it is truly an amazing creation, designed with intricate systems to give us the power, energy, and resilience necessary to live life to the fullest. By honoring our body with what it needs, it faithfully responds by performing its “ATP” best.
